Sourdough Starter
In this package, you will have 50 grams of dehydrated sourdough starter chips. For the directions, it calls for 10 grams of dehydrated starter to start. This package will give you five batches of starters. I wanted to give enough for those that want to do different starters, (rye, spelt, all-purpose flour, einkorn, bread flour, etc.), or enough starter, that if you get in a bind and mess up the starter, (like many of us do in the beginning), or just want to keep the extra starter for later on, then you will have enough. The dehydrated starter will store in this package for up to a year. Step-by-step directions are on the back of the package.
